Returns: If you want to return a product under warranty, please contact us by email to email@example.com to obtain return authorization first. All return shipments should go to our office address at 123 10th St., San Francisco CA 94103, USA, not to the warehouse address in Bloomington, CA. Do not mark "return to sender" on any return shipment; if you do so, it will not reach us.
When returning a product, please return everything in the original packaging, including all of the manuals, cables, etc. that came in the box. Returns missing these items will not be accepte. Under no circumstances will we repair, refund, or exchange a unit if you've taken it apart and only mailed back the circuit board!!!

SkyFi units are currently out of stock, with new stock expected at the end of January 2014. Until then, you may want to consider ordering from a reseller. You may also consider purchasing the SkyWire serial accessory, above.

Runs on 4 AA batteries (not included) or 6-12V external DC power.
Units shipped from the USA and Canada include an AC power adapter, with the North American 2-prong form factor, that accepts voltages worldwide. Units sold outside the USA do not include an AC adapter.
Southern Stars offers a 1-year limited warranty on all SkyFi units purchased directly from Southern Stars or from an authorized reseller.
Powers SkyFi or Orion StarSeek Wi-Fi module from AC wall socket. Not needed for SkyFi units shipped after June 2012. All SkyFi units shipping from North America now include an AC power adapter.
This small-form-factor AC adapter accepts input AC current worldwide, from 110V - 240V, at 50 or 60 Hz. The AC plug is the North American 2-prong type. It can be used internationally by adding a local wall socket adapter (not included). Output is 7.5V DC. FCC/CE/UL-certified; RoHS (lead free); complies with EISA 2007 (Energy Star) requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: all SkyFi orders shipped from the USA after June 2012 include an AC adapter! You do not need to order one separately, unless you have an older SkyFi, or you have an Orion StarSeek Wi-Fi module.

We do not supply serial cables for Takahashi, AstroPhysics, Losmady, or other telescope models. For those brands, contact the telescope manufacturer to obtain a serial cable for your telescope.
